Howie Eggleston is the Owner & Principal Agent of Eggleston Insurance & Financial Group. Howie's licenses include Property & Casualty, Accident & Health, Life, and Variable Annuities. He has lived in and around the Columbus, Ohio area all of his life. Howie has 20+ years experience with Nationwide. He currently lives in Canal Winchester with his wife (Lisa), daughters (Morgan & Brooke), and son (Jake). When he is not driving his kids to football, baseball, soccer, or basketball practice, he enjoys playing golf and being outdoors.

Shane Teach is an Associate Agent with 10 years of Insurance & Financial Services experience. Shane holds licenses in Property & Casualty business, as well as Life, Accident and Health, and Variable Annuities.  Shane's experience include working for a broker dealer handling brokerage transactions, mortgage origination, in addition to his experience with Nationwide Insurance. Prior to the financial services field, Shane let his personality shine by working as a morning radio show host in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Shane relocated to Reynoldsburg in 2005 to be with his now wife, Abbie who also had relocated to Reynoldsburg to complete her schooling. Shane enjoys the martial arts, playing volleyball, and being with his family

Nancy Ell is the Office Manager for Eggleston Insurance & Financial Group, LLC. She has  been in the insurance industry involved in various types of insurance for over 21 years. Nancy holds a Property & Casualty license. Nancy truly enjoys working with her customers and getting to know each and every one of them. Nancy has been married for 10 years and has 2 beautiful daughters, Alex and Jordan. Nancy tries to find humor in most everything she endures. Her loves are her family, and her pet Shih Tzu -Oreo

Andrew Thomas is an Associate Agent with 7 years of Insurance and Financial Services experience.  Andrew currently holds licenses in Property and Casualty Insurance.  Prior to joining Eggleston Insurance and Financial Group, Andrew worked as a Title Clerk and Customer Service Representative in the financial services industry.  In his spare time, Andrew enjoys being a part of the music scene in and around Columbus.  Currently Andrew plays tuba with the Central Ohio Brass Band based in Gahanna and is on the sub list with the Newark-Granville Symphony Orchestra.  Andrew has also worked and volunteered with the Columbus Symphony and ProMusica Chamber Orchestras.  Andrew grew up in Dublin and currently lives in Worthington with his wife, Natalie.  Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from the Capital University Conservatory of Music.

Jacob Creamer is an Associate Agent currently licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance. Prior to joining the Eggleston Insurance & Financial Group, LCC, Jacob was directly involved in sales and marketing for a Fortune 500 company. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of Akron. While going to school in Akron, Jacob developed a love of Stand-Up Comedy. Jake has now performed for over thousands all across the East Coast. When he's not doing Stand Up he enjoys playing most sports, and spending time with his family in his hometown of Steubenville, Ohio.
